 Bat-Caddy® electronic golf cart products are highly innovative and
all key components are manufactured to certified ISO 9000 quality standards. Our factory
in Asia has decades of experience in manufacturing and assembling high precision, high-tech parts, components and related products and is equipped with the most modern production equipment and a highly qualified and motivated staff. A dedicated
engineering design department is working on developing new models using
state-of-the-art CAD software and continuously improving
the technology and adding features. The patented design of our caddies is innovative, unique and
standard setting in terms of the ideal balance of functionality,
performance, quality and ultimate value. Our products combine the best of all
worlds, incorporating German/European engineering & design, Asian manufacturing
capabilities and cost advantages and American marketing/distribution skills and
customer service dedication. Our products are
backed up 100% by a one year full factory
warranty on parts and dedicated support service.
Bat-Caddy® is a US company, founded in
2004, incorporated and based in New York and Florida with Logistics
and Service center facilities located in Allentown, PA and Jacksonville, FL and
Denver, CO. In the US,
our remarkable growth story has been supported by an ever growing network of
reputable golf retailers and on course Pro Shops, carrying the Bat-Caddy cart
product line (Dealer Information). Bat-Caddy
motorized golf carts have also been expanding rapidly throughout the world. In
early 2009 we opened Bat-Caddy
Europe, a distribution and service center in Copenhagen, Denmark to service the
Scandinavian and other European markets. In October 2010 we consolidated our
dealer presence in Canada under a new entity named
Bat-Caddy Canada with
headquarters in Toronto, Ontario servicing the entire Canadian market with a
network of dealers and service shops.
Besides North America and Europe the Bat-Caddy golf carts have been sought after and shipped to
many far away places, such as Japan,
Singapore, China/Hong Kong, India, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Mexico,
Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Russia, Brunei, Arab Emirates and many more.

Our Executive Management

We pride ourselves of having one of the best customer service
records in the industry! Our dedicated service staff in our two Logistics
Centers in Allentown, PA and Jacksonville, FL has the longest term experience with
all major electric trolley brands in the industry and is able to answer any
technical question or provide support to our customers, if they ever do
experience a rare technical problem. Sometimes we even get service calls about
competing brands and products which we are usually willing and able to provide effective support for. We also have a policy of getting back to the customer
within hours and ship and deliver critical spare parts within a couple of days, or overnight
if required! Our spare
part are published on the web, transparent and very competitively priced, so there will be no nasty
surprises down the road. Please feel free to compare us to some of our
competitors, who usually do not publish
their spare parts pricing and might overcharge you for simple
replacement parts, if they are available at all! We offer a service level, transparency and customer
dedication that is unrivaled in this industry. Also, please only trust our
authorized dealers and don't get fooled by cheap imitators with similar looking
products (see PS section below). We recommend that any prospective customer should
research these aspects prior to purchasing an electric golf caddy!

PS: before you make a choice for your caddy keep the following advice in mind: Beware of cheap imitators selling similarly looking "bargain" caddies on anonymous
auction websites without a service department, 800 number or a real corporate address
or actual physical facility (check their address location on Google Earth)!
Only trust our "Authorized Dealers" on these sites and don't get a grey import
shipped out of a garage. We are getting many calls for help from desperate people who bought cheap caddy carts
from so called "amateur" or "garage" companies and are now stranded with no support or parts after sales service
and are facing a complete loss of their investment because of a defective part
that can't be replaced!!! Also make sure to ask for a company's track
record and history. Over the years we have seen quite a few companies come and
go quickly due to quality problems or Management incompetence. There is a number
of newly start-ups out there who not only try to copy our products but blatantly
take copyright informational and promotional text from our website and published
material. Please make sure
that you research and check out first who you can trust to do business with.
Often a few dollars in savings don't pay off, if you don't get the real thing. As testified by
